Würd doch gern die 500.000 Pfund haben, doch leider wird da nix draus, weil warscheinlich sonst Microsoft pleite ist. Diese E-Mail haben noch andere bekommen…. War ja auch zu schön…

Dieses Mal hatte ein Mitarbeiter von Yahoo! an den Priority Support gewendet und ich bekam eine E-Mail von der netten Bearbeiterin zurück. Daraufhin hab ich eine E-Mail an Sie geschrieben wo ich dann nochmal alles erklärte und die E-Mails mitschickte – Wie jedes mal. Es werden auch langsam auch immer mehr E-Mails.

Gut daraufhin kam diese E-Mail zurück:

New and Improved Yahoo! Mail – better than ever!

hmmm… Irgendwie kommt mir diese E-Mail doch sehr bekannt vor. Man schaue hier mal entspannt nach und stelle fest, dass es sich einfach nur um die englische Variante von Yahoo! Support handelt. Komisch, aber ich glaube es gibt keinen der meine E-Mail liest und nur einfach nach ‘birthday’ sucht und entsprechend sowas zurückschickt. Fertig. Aus.

Ich hab jetzt wieder eine E-Mail mal wieder mit Rattenschwanz an den Support sowie alle anderen Leute geschrieben. :S Mal schauen was nun passiert. Vielleicht bekommt es ja einfach mal einer hin mein Geburtsdatum anzupassen oder irgendwie richtig zu reagieren. Ich bin ja noch guter Hoffnung, aber langsam schwindet auch diese.

Deutschland antwortet immer mit netten vorgefertigten E-Mails, da sie nicht verstehen, dass mein Account vor Yahoo! anscheinend schon eine Lebensberechtigung hatte. Das ist auch schwierig für jemanden, der sicherlich nicht schon über 10 Jahre da im Support sitzt, jetzt auch eine E-Mail zu bearbeiten wo drin steht, dass ich den Account von egroups.com hab. Die haben das sicherlich nicht miterlebt

Aber ich habe inzwischen mehrere Kontakte in das Land der unbegrenzten Möglichkeiten geknüpft und nun langsam, aber wirklich recht langsam eskaliert mein Anliegen da. Es gibt im Moment übern Daumen so alle 2 Tage ein E-Mail-Wechsel, der mir auch immer wieder neue “Bekannte” bringt. Nix desto trotz bleib ich da am Ball und guck ob ich da mal was erreichen kann. Für den Notfall hab ich noch eine E-Mail bei der ich versuchen kann was zu erreichen.

Ich schaue gespannt auf neue E-Mails die da kommen mögen. Es wird sicherlich noch ein Update dann geben wenn ich was erreicht hab oder neues weiß.
